This web site, with the exception of the subscription system, does not store or capture personal information, other than the user's IP address, which is automatically recognised by the web server.

We do not use cookies for collecting user information, and will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of our web server.

If you register to receive updates, your information will be held on a secure server and the data will not be shared with any other organisations. This shall be treated as proprietary and confidential. It will be used only to provide you with e-mail updates as you have requested. Data is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, and our full Privacy Policy is available here.

Some images used on this website are external. While we make every effort to source free to use images, If your work is not free to use and has been inadvertently included we can modify or remove the image at your request. Alternatively, if the source of an image has not been properly credited, we can correct this upon request too. Please contact us for any issues regarding use of images.
